Check in and out times
I run Harbour Heights on my own, for check in times I am flexible and want to fit with you but require an approximate arrival time, a one hour slot between 12pm and 6pm. If you think you are going to be delayed please let me know asap. Check in after 6pm by arrangement only and will be charged.

Access Statement
Harbour Heights is situated on the edge of the town centre, approximately 400 metres up a hill with a gradient of more than 1:20.
The front entrance is acessed by steps from Babbacombe Road or Museum Road. The steps from Babbacombe Road are well lit at night. Access is also available via the rear balcony door, there is a small step.
There is a door bell at the main entrance, in the porch and by reception.
All bedrooms are located on the first, half landing and second floors, the dining room is on the ground floor. No lift is available.
There are flights of stairs between each floor with hand rails.
All guests have a key to access the balcony door at anytime. Corridors are well lit at all times.
Emergency exits are located on the ground floor, leading to front of property and half landing, leading to rear balcony.
Parking is available in The Harbour car park 100 yards away.
